All of these performance tests focus on looking at different factors such as force and velocity. It allows me to determine where an athlete’s deficiencies in speed, force production, and power are. This allows me to build an individualized strength and conditioning program more efficiently by focusing on the athletes goals, needs, and wants to make performance improvements.

I showcase the performance testing results from September of 2021 compared to August of 2022, undergoing nearly one year of following a comprehensive and individualized strength and conditioning program. I showcase these results to not only demonstrate the improvements in physical performance, but to highlight the importance of following a comprehensive plan that any athlete can adhere to, so long as they consistently show up and put forth the effort daily, weekly, monthly, yearly to achieve the results.

The name of the game is simple when it comes to approach and overarching philosophy on athletic development- we place a premium on trusting the process and focusing on developing the fundamentals of athletic movement. Our strength and conditioning programs are individualized and comprehensive, meaning we’re going to be working on developing every physical quality we need to improve overall athleticism- mobility, speed, agility, power, strength, conditioning, and recovery capacity. The results continue to demonstrate we’re heading in the right direction of developing athletes that are resilient, robust, and durable.
