Our goal at TPS is to develop a roadmap for our athletes to achieve their end destination. This is accomplished through a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that addresses all of the physical components and athletic qualities athletes need to be successful.

I've Been There
Kip Steingart has been a strength and conditioning coach for over 15 years working with a myriad of clients and athletes with different health and performance goals. Kip has an athletic background being a former college baseball player. His goal is to help clients optimize their human potential and help athletes by building them into more well-rounded athletes. His coaching approach is dedicated to helping them stay healthy, perform at a higher level, and build long-term sustainability.
